For all projects, we require a deposit before commencing work. This deposit covers the initial work and is non-refundable once the project has started.
If a client wishes to cancel a project after it has started, the client may do so by providing written notice.
Depending on the progress of the project, additional fees may apply based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
No refunds are offered for services already rendered. If there are any concerns with the quality of our work, we will work with you to resolve the issues and ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.
Refunds on deposits will only be considered if the cancellation is requested before any work has begun.
We offer a minimum of 1 round of revisions (as outlined in the project agreement) to ensure your satisfaction. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional costs.
No refunds or returns will be provided for:
Custom work that has been completed as per the client’s specifications.
Changes in project scope after work has started.
